bad news this is not what the police academy teaches. as someone who works in law enforcement for a city government, I have taken self defense classes, driving classes, segway and tactical bicycle classes, and twice a week do reception in the main lobby of the administrative building of the police / sheriff station, been doing it for 7 years. all this stuff is concocted in the individual officers brain , part of their DNA something, cadets are not brainwashed, face it as human beings there are a-holes in every situation, and to be sure we do not see them all.. and if you want to see the "other
