NO this is not a cartoon about  the baseball teams paying off the Hall of Fame Committee to keep avoiding the steroid issue. My opinion is fixed, you broke a record on steroids you cheated. this cartoon says something worst, the game would suffer in those cities where the use was obvious and nothing was done ,FOR YEARS, Barry Bonds, his head grew a size larger each season and his girlfriend,,oh sorry mistress said one head got bigger the other got smaller, and she was not happy..not...hard... to guess which head she was talking about.
