Bush memorial....SIKE !!!!!

 I drew this cartoon when his administration was funding the El Salvador Guerrillas. the woman holding the dead child who had been burned to death was in Time magazine. the words he is speaking were his exact words concerning the civilian deaths and his administration's justification.
