Its been months since the banks were bailed on Bush's watch, paper pushers at best. When the biggest employer of middle and lower level income people needs help there was no lack of scrutiny or regulations, and now on this date the banks are battling with the government on why they cannot give 100,000 dollar bonuses to their CEOs barely paper pushers.
