it took seconds for this cartoon to happen, the dusch bag republican cartoonist in the local paper did this using Kerry and James Taylor, So no high ranking Obama representative was in France, tuff beans, if there had been any type of half assed representation from "them" it would have been ALL Over the news. so get bent pot calling the kettle black..oh white "cartoonist"
